Because of patient's young age she wishes
to minimize scars, due to that reason donut
mastoplexy was chosen, which consist of incisions
around the areola only. Smooth saline implants
of 425cc are placed on top of muscle for
best results, patient is pleased with results.
Scars will fade dramatically with time.
